Our price list provides our clients with a full and detailed explanation of our charges as required by this code.

All additional disbursements must be paid by our clients to doctors, ministers of religion, celebrants, cemeteries or crematoriums as they are applicable.

When the funeral service arrangements are discussed our clients will be given a written estimate of all the charges incurred by the funeral service you have requested. All of our clients will be asked to sign the written estimate and an interim payment (deposit) of £1500 will need to be paid within 7 days of the funeral service arrangements being made. We will ask our clients for consent to be signed that you accept the charges and that you will be liable for payment of the account when submitted. This is usually within 21 days after the funeral service has taken place. If required the account can be forwarded to your solicitor.

Any account outstanding beyond 3 weeks may be passed to our debt collectors and could be subject to a 15% surcharge. Such accounts will also be subject to any other costs incurred in obtaining settlement.

If you have to make a claim for assistance in making funeral service payments from the Department of Work and Pensions, please note that stringent rules apply to the amount of help that will e available to you.
